NOTICE OF WEED COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENT
TOWN OF MT PLEASANT
TOWN OF WASHINGTON
By action of Town of Mt. Pleasant Chairperson Kim Buehl and Town of Washington Chairperson Richard Rufer, in accordance with Wisconsin State Statute 66.0517, Robert Buehl, N6927 Marshall Bluff Road, Monticello, WI 53570, is appointed Weed Commissioner of the Town of Mt. Pleasant and the Town of Washington for a one-year term beginning May 15, 2011 and ending May 14, 2012. Persons who wish to file complaint regarding the presence on lands within the Towns of Mt. Pleasant or Washington of “noxious weeds” as defined in Wisconsin State Statute 66.0407 may do so by contacting Mr. Buehl at (608) 938-4431.
