November 15, 2010 Town of Mt Pleasant Special Meeting--Budget Hearing
TOWN OF MT PLEASANT
MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
Monday, November 15, 2010
American Legion Hall, 316 E. Coates Avenue, Monticello, WI
Attending: Mike Gengler, Jerry Klassy, Marlis Silver, Susan Wetherington
1. First Supervisor Mike Gengler, as acting chairman, called the Public hearing to order at 7:05 PM
2. PROPOSED 2011 BUDGET—The proposed budget for 2011 was presented. There was no discussion or questions.
3. Adjournment of Public hearing: With no discussion, Mike Gengler adjourned the public hearing after waiting for a period of 30 minutes. Mike Gengler moved to adjourn the hearing; Jerry Klassy seconded the motion. Motion carried. The public hearing was adjourned at 7:25 PM.

Attending: Bob Zurfluh, Jerry Klassy, Mike Gengler, Marlis Silver, Susan Wetherington
1. First Supervisor Mike Gengler, as acting chairman, called the special town meeting to order at 7:33 pm.
2. 2010 Town Tax Levy: Bob Zurfluh moved to approve the amount of $123,867 as the town levy for 2010 payable in 2011. Jerry Klassy seconded the motion. Motion carried.
3. Adjournment of special meeting: Bob Zurfluh moved to adjourn the special town meeting; Susan Wetherington seconded the motion. The special town meeting was adjourned.
