Town Garage, E Lake Ave & Pratt Road, Monticello, WI
Sally Roe called the meeting to order at 8:08am. Those present were Sally Roe, Mike Gengler, and Jerry Klassy.
Sally Roe moved to rescind the motion at the April 19th meeting to set Schneeberger Road TRIP pre-bid estimate and to strike the motion from the minutes. Mike seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Sally moved to convene in closed session to pre-bid estimate for TRIP Schneeberger Road project pursuant to 86.31 Wis. Statutes. Mike seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The board moved into closed session.
Sally Moved to adjourn closed session and the special meeting. Mike seconded the motion. Motion carried, Closed session and meeting adjourned at 8:30am.

Silver Road at intersection of Purintun Road, Monticello, WI
Sally Roe called the meeting to order at 8:40am. Those present were Sally Roe, Mike Gengler, and Jerry Klassy.
The board walked Silver Road from approximately Christen’s Grain Bins to Purintun Road. Measured approximately 912 feet of broken up areas with various widths. The board discussed cost and options for road improvements.
Jerry moved to have our patrolman fill worst potholes and leave the rest of the road for now. Sally seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Sally will look into speed caution signs for Silver Road.
Sally moved to adjourn the special meeting. Mike seconded the motion. Motion carried, meeting adjourned at 9:27am.
