Attending: Sally Roe, Jerry Klassy, Marlis Silver, Susan Wetherington
Others: Hans Sulzer, George Polnow, Bob Zurfluh
1. Chairman Sally Roe called meeting to order at 7:34 PM
2. Minutes from May board meeting and special board meeting held on May 29 were reviewed. Motion was made by Chair Sally Roe and seconded by Supervisor Jerry Klassy to accept the two minutes. Motion carried.
3. Treasurer report: Supervisor Jerry Klassy made the motion to accept the treasurer’s report; Chair Sally Roe seconded the motion. Motion carried.
4. Public comment: Hans Sulzer said the edges of the road near him are still washing out..
5. Payment of bills: Bills were presented. Chair Sally Roe moved to pay the bills; Supervisor Jerry Klassy seconded the motion. Motion carried.
6. Open Sealed bids for Purintin Road: The bids received were:
a. Bartelt--$17,785.80; Base as needed: $2,115.72; apply sealant: $1,139.32. No seal coating bid.
b. Scott: Seal coating $23,544
c. Fahrner: Seal coating $23,563; Crack sealing: $14,520.
d. Amon: Paver patching: $18,374
e. Green County: Paver patching $11,080; Crack sealing $6,069; seal coating: $20,628.
7. Discussion of bid proposals was preempted because of severe weather and tornado warnings. Chair Sally Roe made the motion to adjourn the meeting to a later date; Supervisor Jerry Klassy seconded the motion. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned until a later date because of the weather.
