Sally Roe called the meeting to order at 9:30am. Those present were Sally Roe and Mike Gengler.
Mike moved to approve the Road Closure Permit for Oliver Road from Northern Natural Gas as presented. Sally seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Sally moved to adjourn the meeting and go out to Oliver Road to meet with Northern Natural Gas representatives and the Inspector to look at site. Mike seconded the motion. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:40am.
