PLAN COMMISSION
Minutes of meeting of August 10, 2009
American Legion Hall, Monticello, Wisconsin
The meeting of the Town of Mount Pleasant Plan Commission held August 10, 2009, was called to order by Chairman Hans Sulzer at 7:35 p.m. Plan Commission members Hans Sulzer, Scott Dilley, DuWayne Fenner, Michael Gengler, and Greg Schwartzlow were present.
At the request of the chairman, the commission members first considered the minutes of the meeting of the commission held July 13, 2009. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the minutes were unanimously approved as written.
Chairman Sulzer advised the commission that there were no proposed land divisions or other matters arising under the town’s Land Division and Subdivision Code for the commission to consider.
The Chairman then asked if the commission wished to go into closed session to discuss further an issue arising under the Land Division and Subdivision Code that is likely to become the subject of litigation. Authority to consider such advice in closed session is provided pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(g). Upon motion duly made and seconded, all members of the commission voted to go into closed session. The Plan Commission went into closed session.
On motion duly made and seconded, the Plan Commission voted to end the closed session.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
