TOWN OF MT PLEASANT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA
On Monday, November 16, 2009, at 7:00 pm at the American Legion Hall, 316 E. Coates Ave., Monticello, WI, a PUBLIC HEARING for the Town of Mt. Pleasant will be held.
Agenda items include:
1. PROPOSED 2009 BUDGET-- The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection from the town clerk. A budget summary has been posted at the town garage, at the American Legion Hall, at the Monticello Post Office and on the Town of Mt. Pleasant website at www.townofmtpleasantwi.com.
2. Amendment to the Land division ordinance-- The Town of Mount Pleasant Land Division and Subdivision Code may be amended. The proposed amendment is available for inspection from the town clerk and has been posted at the town garage, at the Monticello Post Office, at the American Legion Hall and on the Town of Mt. Pleasant website at www.townofmtpleasantwi.com.
3. Adjournment of Public hearings.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING AGENDA
A special town meeting will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 316 East Coates Avenue, Monticello, WI. This special town meeting of the electors is called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of Wis. Statutes by the town board. The agenda includes:
1. Call special meeting to order
2. Consider the adoption of the 2009 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2010 pursuant to Sec.60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
3. Adjournment of special meeting.
