NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
A special board meeting will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at 8:00 AM at the Town Garage, E Lake Ave, Monticello, WI.
Agenda
1. Convene in CLOSED SESSION under s. 86.31, Wis. Stats., to prepare the pre-bid estimate for the Schneeberger Road TRIP Project.
The Board will adjourn closed session and then proceed to Silver Road at the intersection of Purintun Road.
A special board meeting will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at 8:30 AM at the intersection of Silver and Purintun Roads, Monticello, WI.
Agenda
1. Discuss and decide on road maintenance for Silver Road from intersection of Purintun Road to approximately the Bike Trail.
2. Discuss other road work needed to be done in town for 2010.
