Town of Mt Pleasant Plan Commission Meeting Agenda
The Town of Mt Pleasant Plan Commission will be meeting on Monday, May 11, 2009 at 7:30pm at the American Legion Hall, Monticello, WI
Agenda:
1. Approval of minutes of last meeting.
2. Presentation by Todd Hasse on Frank Goodman’s Conditional Use Permit application
3. Review any land division presented
4. Any other business
5. Presentation by Dan Bartholf on proposed Land Division Ordinance Amendment and proposed resolution on guidelines for divisions
6. Executive session to receive legal advice on potential litigation matter.
Note: A majority of Town Board members maybe present at this meeting. However, no town board action will be taken at this meeting.
