NOTICE of Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the town board of the Town of Mt Pleasant will consider the adoption of a new code [or partial code] of ordinances entitled, “Town of Mt Pleasant Code of Ordinances” at 7:30 p.m. on December 15,2008, at the American Legion hall. This code deals with the following topics: Ch. 1 Land Division and Subdivision Code Ch. 2 Driveway ordinance; Ch3Recycling ordinance; Ch. 6 Town Plan Commission ordinance; Ch 7 Misc. ordinances
You are further notified that a copy of said proposed new code [or partial code] will be on file and open for public inspection in the office of the town clerk for a period of two weeks commencing December 1, 2008 in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 66.0103.
